Getting Started with SMAuditor
A professional tool for conducting audits across ISO standards, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR and other international frameworks — fully online, from invitation to certificate.
What is SMAuditor?
SMAuditor is a professional online tool for conducting audits. It supports standards and frameworks such as ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 17100, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, and others), SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, CE Marking, and more. The platform enables auditors and companies to manage the entire audit process — filling out questionnaires, uploading evidence documents, tracking non-conformities, and communicating — all in one secure place, without paperwork.
Let your auditor know the email address — preferably your work address — where you'd like to receive the platform invitation.
You'll get an email from SMAuditor with the subject "Set your company password for SMAuditor". Click the Set Password button inside.
After clicking the link, create and confirm your new password. You'll then be prompted to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) — scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and enter the generated code.
Once setup is complete, you'll land on your dashboard. Here you'll find your company information, active audits, forms to complete, and project document folders.
On the right side of your dashboard, find the Forms section. Click Fill Form next to the questionnaire marked In Progress.
Answer all questions according to the standard's requirements. Each field includes a Generate example helper and an Improve text option. Required fields are marked with *. Answer as accurately and thoroughly as possible — it speeds up the audit.
Once all required fields are filled in, click the Submit button. Your auditor will immediately receive your responses for review.
If your auditor has questions or comments, they'll be added directly inside the questionnaire. You'll receive an email notification — return to your dashboard, review the comments, update your answers, and resubmit.
Once all requirements are met, your auditor will prepare an official audit report. After approval, you'll receive both the audit report and your certificate of conformity — available in your dashboard and sent to your email.
